CONDITIONS OF HIRE:
A NON REFUNDABLE Deposit as nominated is required to secure your booking date and time. Unless special arrangements have been made to secure this booking your deposit or your payment needs to be received by our office by the due date : Payments may be made by Credit card, Cheque, Money Order, Deposit or Cash : We will process first opportunity : Credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 3 %. There are no Credit Card facilities in the Limousines: Any outstanding balance is due and payable in cash to the Chauffeur at the time of pick up : Payments to the Chauffeur may be made by cash only : Payments by cheque are not accepted on the event date and must be received by our office not less than 7 Days prior to Event Date : Be aware that responsible consumption of alcohol in limousines is legal : Drinks are BYO : Champagne, White Wines or Beer No Red Wine : Under age drinking is not permitted : School Balls no Alcohol permitted : Any intending passengers exceeding the seating capacity of the limousine booked will not be carried No Exceptions : As with any motor vehicle the law requires seat belts to be used : Be aware that the Limousine will be scheduled for other bookings before and after your times and therefore mat be available for extended finish times : If your booking exceeds the allocated time and the Limousine can be rescheduled a cash payment of $60.00 per 15 minutes of extra time will be payable in advance to the chauffeur : Any claims for damages, personal hardship or any liability claims etc. are limited to any amount paid i.e. money back : We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who appears to be ill or in a condition that may soil the Limousine: We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who’s behavior is obnoxious or anti social. Charges will apply for extraordinary cleaning based on the hourly rate : Any damages to the Limousine or any cleaning charges caused by the occupants of the Limousine will be the responsibility of the Hirer : If a Limousine becomes unavailable for any reason  we reserve the right to substitute the Limousine with another suitable Limousine. By paying the deposit you agree to these terms.
